At Borderly, we provide tailored business and advisory services. Due to the customized nature of our services, our refund policy is structured in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the contract conclusion, without providing any reason.

However:

By purchasing our services, you explicitly agree that we may begin performance of the service before the withdrawal period ends.

You also acknowledge and accept that once the service has begun, your right of withdrawal may be lost or limited, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

  • Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued
  • This includes (but is not limited to):

In such cases:

  • An administrative fee may apply
